I'm a little shocked, and very proud - we got through to the indoor sports final last night, after coming 3rd in our round at Bodmin College. Shocked - cause we never seem to do well in this comp, and also as we went to fireworks last week instead of having a practice! Well done everyone. The final is Fri 27th - details on calendar above.
Wine and Wisdom tonight, Coads Green starting 7.30pm. Help from members from 6.30 please!
Carnival tommorow - meeting 4.45pm prompt at pig market, or 5.30 at Hatherleigh. Hopefully the weather won't cause the event to be cancelled or anything, fingers crossed!

About Launceston YFC
Launceston Young Farmers Club was established in 1947 and is run by members for members.
We have weekly meetings on Thursdays which range from talks on homeopathy or photography to activities such as circus skills or beach barbeques and visits to farms, tourist attractions and businesses.
We take part in many competitions and events across the county and country with great sucess, and do the odd bit of socialising as well...
The club is a charitable organisation itself, but we also engage in fundraising events for other charities, raising over £2000 last year.
Members range in age from 16 to 26 and anyone is welcome to join.
